Jerusalem Up against the wall
Recently i was going through the news and discovered the disasters in Jerusalem. Israeli’s separation barrier has blocked West Bank bombers, but maybe creating a new threat within. Despite the wall there are some other secret routes from the West Bank to the city. People are still at huge risk as the city is still exploited by suicide bombers. The situation itself is a mess and war doesnt seem to come to an end. I mean its time to understand certain things and sort it out. People just have to find causes to create havoc. Since Hamas won the power in elections almost two years ago, Israeli security forces have swept through the east Jerusalem and the west banks shuttering the islamic cultural centers. Although some people misunderstand the meaning of Jihad and use it in a total wrong way, everyone should not be blamed for it. I am planning to talk about that in another discussion; i guess its time. Destroying the islamic centers is not a choice you make. It is true that there are few SO CALLED muslim millitants who hide in these centers take lives of others. But these Islamic centers also provide security and refuge to lots. “Anybody who goes to the monque three days in a row ends up in jail.” Only the people who are old can go to mosques in East Jerusalem now- this is totally adsurd and should be changed. I think people need to change their points of views and thoughts before reforming themselves. It is sad that people are restricted to perform their prayers; most of them now pray at home. People grow up, change your views. Maintaining peace and harmony is the ultimate choice; theres no point in killing and destroying your own nation in the name of religion, politics or even power.
